I got some suggestion to speed up the technical support forum

It's hard to resolve issues if we get comments such as "the button does something weird in the map". What button? What map? What computer do you use? What do you mean by weird ... etc. That's just some example.

Depending on the issue, please provide the following information if applicable:

• Tell us more about your computer: Operating System, Size of RAM, Speed
• Tell us your login ID: e.g. "king"
• What game does it concern: e.g. "TheLastStandingGame"
• Post Screenshots

No, you don't need to post screenshots every time. No, if it is not game related, of course you do NOT have to provide the name of the game. You can also leave out the other information if you don't believe it is related.
