Says enable UPnP in router..
Or foward port 2300 in router.. What does this mean. Bought it. Wanna play it on my phone. Please help

I assume you are probably connecting via WiFi (?) when you are at home, that means you are not directly connected to the internet, but you instead the WiFi router has the global internet IP while your device receives a local dynamic IP.
If you want to host a game, you need to advertise your global (your WiFi's IP) to other players. The game does that automatically. However, when people connect, they get the IP address of your router, so you need to tell your router to forward all connections to port 2300 (where the game runs) to your device. Otherwise, the connection goes to the router, and the router simply drops it because it doesn't know what to do with it. You need to map port 2300 to your local device ID! You should be able to do that via your router's admin interface.
Please note, there are not that many players playing online, so it might be hard to find anyone to play with! I would suggest ask some friends/family if they are interested to play.
