Starting to get the hang of game basics but am wondering where to go for more detailed questions about gameplay mechanics and also for discussion of strategy, tips, etc.?

Are there any forums for this?

Related question: is there a way to scroll down / access older posts (beyond the 15-20 most recent that show on the page) on the general multiplayer discussion board?

You could discuss here, but the Discord is probably more active:

re-in-game board: now, currently you can't scroll past it. It's on the todo-list.
