I just installed this game on Lubuntu 32-bit and it crashes on launch. Additionally, I can't find the error log.

The first time I launched it, it showed a loading screen and said it was downloading data. When it got to 100% it crashed. Now it crashes immediately.

I am using Lubuntu 32-bit, with an Intel Atom dual-core 1.6 ghz and 1 gb of ram. (It's a ridiculously old netbook.)

Any ideas what I can do?

The initial loading screen just showed the loading of the latest runtimes. When it crashes is when it actually started the game.

The game's runtimes use OpenGL 2.1+. Do your graphics drivers support OpenGL 2.1+? Upgrading your drivers might work? MESA drivers? What version?

Can you post or email me your log files? The followings should be there:
1. launcher.log --> can you find one?
2. HS_ERR_PID???.LOG file --> is there one?

Thanks for the quick reply, OpenGL must be the issue. I only have version 1.x. I'm not sure my cpu supports anything higher, so I doubt I'll be able to play the game on this machine.

Most graphic cards should be able to support OpenGL 2.0 or higher, unless it's a really old computer? Switching the drivers does possibly help. What's your graphics card? Manufacturer & Model?

It's a Lenovo S10 Netbook. Probably around 10 years old. Intel Atom N270 with 1.6ghz and 1 gb of RAM. It's running Lubuntu 16.04 now. I spent a couple hours trying to update OpenGL on it to no avail. I think it's just too old.

I guess that's too bad. Sorry, if the graphics card/drivers doesn't support it, there is nothing I can do about it unfortunately. :/

Oh well. I appreciate the prompt replies. I'll just have to stick to playing the game on my phone.
