Temporary Time and how much time a shift passes after it's gone

Example

Kingdom of England invaded France, each turn is spent 10 years, war lasted 10 turns or 100 years

Put the option in the matches time, so it gets more legal and realistic, since very unrealistic in a few months or years we dominate Europe as I have done many times, which in fact should last for centuries, will depend on the scenario

Temporary Time Setting

Each shift is spent 1 month
Each shift is spent 6 months
Each shift is spent 1 year
Each shift is spent 5 years
Each shift is spent 10 years
Each shift is 25 years
Each shift is 50 years
Each shift is 100 years
Each shift is 500 years
Each shift is spent a thousand years

There are some scenarios that shifts should last for centuries such as: Galatic Conquest

Other than months or years

So add Temporal Time in game setup
