I hosted a game, the title is Balanced Sword, Map Medieval Europe-tournament (16)

At creation phase i set it no AI and automatically start at 100% full. In practice the game started at 15/16 players (Tunisia didn't show up). Which gave one player (algeria) a huge advantage.

Just reporting.

By some chance did a player join and disjoin the game making it 17/17 then 16/17 that made the game do that?
