Alright so, I'm editing this post because the one I had literally made zero sense.

I've gone to make a purchase in a hurry, without realising that I need to refresh my purchases in order to see the amount I've bought.

I've gone ahead to make said purchase, it came up saying purchasing, however I thought there was something wrong with the game, or some type of a connection issue because the screen stayed that way, I've gone ahead and refreshed the game thinking maybe that'll fix the issue.

Attempted to make said purchase again, and so I'm sure you can understand the issue here, I had money in my steam account, and well I've gone over what I had and it should've made those purchases through my bank as well, however my bank as well as my steam account show no changes

but in the game is showing I've made a whopping seven total purchases.

Almost as if this has come out of thin air, I am absolutely confused and paranoid at this point, and I'm not sure what's going on, I only intended to make one purchase, and I'm not touching what's just been bought, I want a refund.

Any help?

That sounds pretty odd! Does your Steam wallet still show that you didn't make any purchases? Or does it show the orders? What are the order numbers?

Can you email me at contact at ageofconquest.com to resolve the issue?
