not if population growth was turned off, and i used to be able to clear 7 connected provinces quite easy :)

Things work differently in v3, so don't count on everything you've been doing to get you a victory in v2 to work in v3.

and i understand it'll be ifferent and no doubt i'll enjoy getting the edge over a few has i learn a little quicker, just have remember keep some secerts to myself
