When I was modding a map, the nation I am using has 1 ratio 19:6 flag. (weird flag ratio).

So, can I resize it to about 32 px length and 10 px width and leave 6 px of width blank, without making the flag has "white edges" ?

Thanks for help
*Sorry, if you can't interpret my confusing sentence...

Make the blank white area transparent. If not sure how to do that or not using a program you can do that with, just fill it in with a color to match the rest of the flag!

I mean it's up to you, you can leave it blank white if you want. But it probably won't look as good. We're not too picky about flags and icons.
