There seems to be an issue with updating scenario settings. Whenever I encounter an error attempting to Play-Test, I have to exit out of the map builder program for the system to recognize that I fixed the issue. For instance, if it tells me I need to add a story to the Scenario, once I do so, it continues to give me the same message until I exit the program. Not a big problem, but certainly an annoying one. I spent almost an hour getting the same message over and over before realizing all I needed to do was exit out of the program.

I did not have that problem during my map creation.

That's odd! Did you actually add a scenario description? Maybe it's a bug that it allows you to play-test when you load the map the first time. It forgets to check if you set a story?

Could you email me your map & I test it on my computer?
