 Post subject: Having trouble registering to the forums

We are aware that some unfortunate people have some issues signing up for these forums, mainly concerning the non-arrival of the activation email messages. This is because we have been forewarned about you (yes YOU!) and do not want you posting on our forums...

... actually, that's just a joke :kg: If you are having this issue please read the information below:

Lately loads of people have been having trouble registering to the forums. Apparently they have trouble activating their account. After you fill the register form you will be send an email with a link in it. You will need to click that link to activate your account (as most of you will know). However most of the time (read: always) this mail ends up in your inbox for spammail. So make sure you check your Junkmailbox for hotmail (and I think Gmail and Yahoo have them as well). Are you using another mailserver, it could be that you never get to see the spammail, so it might be worth it making a free hotmailaccount.
