That, plus used parts of both bills as riders to completely separate bills that have nothing to do with what SOPA and PIPA are about. Of course, those riders will be snuck in at the last second when no one is paying attention.

Sounds good, it takes about 200 year for a government to get clod down with political c r a p that needs to be flushed. A governmental reboot every 200 years sounds like a good amendment to the constitution.
